4. Certificates

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course and fulfillment of attendance and examination requirements. Certificate verification is available through our online portal. Misuse or forgery of certificates is a punishable offence.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course material, and design — is the intellectual property of BRIZ CSC Academy. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

BRIZ CSC Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes after course completion.

7. Franchise Terms

Franchise partners must adhere to BRIZ Academy's brand guidelines, curriculum standards, and operational procedures. The franchisor reserves the right to terminate a franchise agreement for non-compliance.
